Practice Gratitude

Gratitude is about being aware of and thankful for the good things that happen in your life. You express gratitude when you take the time to say thank you, or take an opportunity to reflect on and consider the people, moments, or conversations that bring you joy or happiness. It centers you on the richness of your life and takes you away from feeling that you don’t have enough; replenishing you with love and acceptance for what brings you fulfillment. So, take a moment, pause and reflect, think of what you are grateful for and find an opportunity to say ‘Thank You’.

Gratitude

Gratitude is being:

  • Empathetic
  • Grateful
  • Appreciative
  • Generous
  • Considerate
  • Humble
  • Pleasant

Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend.
