- Spend a couple of minutes thinking of someone who is really influential in your life. Who has made a significant impact in your life?
- Jot down as much as you can about why this person is so important to you. What did they do? How did this impact you? What are the lasting effects this person has had in your life?
- Write a letter expressing gratitude to this person and send them the letter.
